Core conditioning

I know i burned more than the calories stated above that class is pretty intense.  It gets your heart rate up quick and it stays up, but what ever.  I think instead of once a week Im gonna start going Mondays and Fridays.

Morning PT

ran up daily hill today with the platoon.  had to circle a few times

Run with the Dogs

Took the dogs out for there run this morning decieded to keep time.  this is with bathroom breaks and crosswalk stops.  Not too bad they started to get pretty tired toward the end.
